Incorporated on December 26, 2025, Wayana Relief USA is a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation. This dedicated Relief organization promotes inclusion, dignity, and wellbeing for persons with disabilities and crisis-affected populations through responsible, compliant, and accountable methodologies.
Currently, Wayana Relief USA is seeking formal recognition as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity to expand its vital humanitarian mission, increase donor support, and deepen its long-term community impact.
Globally, more than one billion people live with disabilities, frequently encountering ongoing obstacles to engagement, accessibility, and opportunity. In times of crisis and displacement, these challenges grow more acute as established systems struggle and inclusion is often neglected.
The Wayana Relief USA is committed to bridging the gaps in inclusion and access. We accomplish this by supporting projects that advance disability inclusion, empower families and caregivers, improve accessibility, and cultivate readiness for education and employment. Additionally, we assist in humanitarian relief and rehabilitation initiatives that safeguard dignity and maintain stability within populations affected by crisis.
Wayana Relief USA is a legally autonomous nonprofit incorporated in California with its own trustees and oversight. It maintains independent financial management, compliance systems, and strategic decision-making.
The Foundation’s approach draws from inclusion and humanitarian initiatives formerly established in Egypt.
All past activities and results are credited to their original context. Wayana Relief USA operates as a separate legal entity with distinct accountability and operational duties.

To deliver effective and dignified relief to persons with disabilities and crisis-affected communities by designing, supporting, and responsibly funding humanitarian, educational, and accessibility initiatives.
